IOW, since I'd get 14 strokes at Bulle Rock, your original bet was that I couldn't get around it in less than 24 strokes worse than my cap would allow. At Chambers Bay, that would mean I'd have to break 109, because I get one less stroke there.

Then we'll play a second match straight up for $1,000 with the loser paying the winners green fees.

LOL - Are real gambler would have gotten allen to the course on the first bet and sharked him into a second before the end of the 110 round. If he played it correctly the second bet would have been an easy gambit.

I doubt either make their living out of gambling.

There is little interest in an Alan v Wiggles match up.

The real match up we want to see is Alan v Larry.

If Larry plays off his vanity cap of 6 then Alan is a dead cert. If he plays off his true handicap of about 30 then it's pick em.
