It performed beautifully. Low to mid ball penetrating ball flight with great control - no hooks with great feel.

Those things look like the Terminator threw up all over them.

I have an Adams A4 Tech 22 Degree.

Sexy black.
However, the best is still the TaylorMade rescue dual.

TaylorMade.... First thing that comes in mind - Lousy quality, feel, craftsmanship, average performance, over-hyped clubs, low resell value.

I agree that the TM are OK BUT the have a deal of offset which can pose me a problem with hooks.
The Adams have no offset whic takes the left side of the course out of play for me.

I have had a 19 degree Titty 585h that has no problem with hooks or ballooning.

Yep, Adams and Nickent, in my opinion, make the best hybrids out there.
Nonetheless, I still prefer a good ol' 2-iron/3-iron. I find them more versatile.
Less forgiveness = More playability (Something like a physical equilibrium between 2 forces)
I've never managed to fire stingers with hybrids, unless I intentionally thin it a little.

I play off 10 me old jock mate, not +2. I will never be able to hit a 3 iron off the deck like i can a hybrid, get real.
I agree about the Adams comments, the lack of offset and high MOI make them the best.

I've tried and owned lots of hybrids. The one I've had in my bag for over a year is the Alpha Rx Low Pro. It's square faced, neutrally weighted, easy to hit, feels solid and smooth, has a nice sound, has a good , versatile sole design, medium depth face, and is easy to hit from the teebox, fairways, light rough, or fairway bunkers with a good lie. You really need to specify that you want a square lie, even though they are all supposed to have that feature. Otherwise, you might get one with slightly different specs. I really believe that a wide variety of golfers from mid to low handicapper could play this club, unless you're a slicer looking for a hook lie / heel weighted crutch.
I have mine with a steel shaft, which gives a somewhat lower ball flight, but more accurate control, at least in my hands.

(I also tried Alpha's all titanium larger (and taller faced) headed hybrid, but I couldn't hit it nearly as well off the fairway as the medium faced Rx Low Pro.)

Yes, I am playing with Adams Tech OS and Nickent DX... Like them both, much easier to hit than 3/4 iron... Hang time is excellent for both
