    Bethpage Black
Can someone leave some reviews of Bethpage Black. I plan to visit relatives in Amityville, and I am planning on going to Bethpage State Park. Also, if anyone has played Hiland Park Country Club in Glens Falls, NY a few thoughts about the course would be appreciated.

We have a regular poster called bethpagecaddy who should give you the complete lowdown.

If he fails to provide feedback before you leave - try to PM him as this post may go way down the list and he may not see it.

    He plays there frequently

    hey man.

Heres the deal. If you want to play the Black course, you've picked a good week. Get down to the clubhouse no later than 5:30AM, get a time. The course is closed on mondays, just so you know.

Holes 9 and 11 HAD temporary greens but now they are perfect and "ripe." The course is in beautiful shape, I'd say the best of the summer.

If you have any questions, just leave one (or as many as you'd like)

Oh yeah, If you aren't a New York State resident, bring a little extra cash. If you are, $49 will be the greens fee, if not $89.

Also, allow time for a 5 - 5 1/2 hour round, thats how it works up here at bethpage. I'd also like to sugest the Red Course which is also a very nice course.

But if at all possible, play the Black.

Bring your A game, you'll need it.
