OT: Banner ad
How come the same three hot chicks are still available after six months? Either they're amputees or the guys in my area aren't stepping up to the plate.
I got my eye on Willow. Mmmm, I'm gonna get me some of that stump.
-
They are all from my area. If I can track them down, I will let you know what the story is.
-
Hmm. Now it says here they're from Tampa. I can't imagine they'd make these chicks up to fool a fine, desperate fellow like myself who's looking for a beautiful amputee. Surely this is a genuine ad.
Don't tell me they're from New York too.

Oooooooh, rather a creepy variation on the foot fetish?
At least you don't have to worry about fat calves.
Anybody remember "Boxing Helena?"

Mine says they are from NY. I think something is rotten in Denmark.
-
I must get different banner ads. All I ever get is The IQ Test and the Internet Answering Machine one. Also I get the "She married him and they have 6 kids one" pretty often.
The banner ads are a small price to pay for all the cameraderie and companionship going around this camp.
I'd call for a group hug, but I am sure I would get stabbed.

Dang. Well if you do happen to run into Willow, tell her I'll wheel her around anywhere she pleases.

:D I haven't seen that one yet. Or is that the pic of White Shoes Rooney?
-
Hey, they at least don't look as diseased as some of the females on porn solicitation spam ads that slip through my Mozilla Thunderbird filter on my home computer. It is amazing how many of them are lonely or their fiance or husband is out of town! (I NEVER open the ads, but my mail program allows me to view the mail without opening it.) Yeah, there are ads for Russian mail order brides that look like centerfolds, you name it. Sex (or the implied possibility of it) sells, at least in some quarters.

Didn't I see your picture on the one that said, "She married him and they have 7 children"?
-
That is so strange. I have NEVER sen any of the banner ads you are talking about.
Ummmm The banner ad is the one at the top, correct?
maybe because I am on lame OL, but I get silly G rated ones.
Where is the amputee??
Whoever mentioned Boxing Helena is cool. Great film. Great young director.
I watched Harold and Kumar go to White Castle last night. Good stuff.
I have Mullholland Drive for this evening. It is 3 degrees outside......movie time.

I'm not going to ruin it for you by giving a superlative-ridden opinion, but let me know what you think after you watch this.
-
I like all of Lynch's movies, so I am sure I will love it too. I even like Wild at Heart and the Twin Peaks TV series.
Now YOU watch Harold and Kumar go to White Castle. Tell me what you think. You will never look at Doogie Howser MD in the same way again. Gosh parts of it were hysterical.
I saw Open Water last week and it was fine. Expected it to stink, but in the end it was worth the time to watch it. Did not expect the ending at all.

Oddly enough, it was in my hand at Blockbuster before I saw they were having a buy 2 get one free on previously viewed movies. I came home the owner of Lost in Translation, Starsky and Hutch, and Stuck on You for $20 instead.
I've heard goods things about the White Castle movie. That and Napolean Dynamite are tops on my list.
Enjoy Mulholland. There's a great lesbian scene.
