Its me for sure

I picked up a new driver today (my third this year) not because i really wanted a new driver, I didnt. I actually had no plans at all of getting a new driver, I love my 905R. But........

Was at the range this morning and got to hit a newly built Cleveland 460ti with a pro force, pure gold tour reserve SST pured shaft. I hit 5 shots and was in complete amazement. It was probably only 5 yards longer than my 905T, but 4 of the 5 shots hit the 250 sign, the other missed by about 10 feet. I continued to hit balls with it for about 10 minutes, probably hit 30 in total. I would honestly say that 25 of the 30 were within 5 yards of where I was aiming. Was it the head? I highly doubt it. This is easily the best shaft I have ever hit, hands down. I bought the club. Will try it out on the course later today.

Here is a news release on the shaft http://www.ustgolfshaft.com/USTWeb/news/newsitem.aspx?NewsID=7

Excellent. Conratulations on the sweet find. It sounds like you must be loaded. I bet you're wiping your arse with fifties up there. Could you order me one? I take a regular flex.

Some Brit died with a shed full of clubs.....worth hundreds of thousands dollars...that is one serious club 'ho....I read that in one of the golf magazines.

I started this year with a Mac Tec Driver....got a 10.5 SQ, then a 13 SQ, then a Mac Tec 2 Tour 10 degrees, and now a Hibore10.5 I'll be playing the Hibore for the first time tomorrow then I'll see which one I keep, Hibore or Mac Tec 2.

And I got a new 3 wood (Mac Tec), 2 new hybrids (Adam A2), new putter (Bobby Grace).

I guess I fail in the accumulation category. As I've said before, I'm a "serial polygamist". I don't have a closet or garage full of unused clubs. Generally, I try, buy, use, then sell. When I find something I like better, I sell the other club(s) on e-bay while they are still relatively new and in good condition.

Didn't some crazy woman somewhere recently marry a dolphin? I would think that sharing connubial bliss with a golf club would be far more fulfilling, and there would be much less herring and mackerel odor in the living room........

I had to Google that one. Yup, sometimes the two are indistinguishable, and sometimes one is up inside the other.......
