Rock Bottom Golf

Anyone purchased from them, and how was their service? I'm thinking of picking a few items up but wanted to get some feedback!

I've purchased a few clubs from them on Ebay and was always quite happy with their product descriptions and service. The last two items were Nickent GH Plus 5 and 7 Ladies. They were won on a Sunday night and delivered the following Wednesday. To date I've never had a problem.

Echo these other folk's comments. I've bought several times from them w/o any issues whatsoever. They've got some fantastic deals too

I've made a few purchases from Scratch. The value has been great, but the customer service has been less than stellar. Most recently I had a Titleist fairway wood develop a crack along the face, and the response I got was a very short "the warranty has expired". I've had the club for 1.5 years, a little more care and empathy would have been nice.

I would go back to Titleist to complain , not Rockbottom after 1.5 yrs... if it was Callaway, they would fix it right, no question ask

I've had nothing but positive experiences with RBG. Those $20 Mizuno mocks are a staple of mine (light outerlayer).

Kevintern, given the situation you described, don't ever even consider getting married.

I also can endorse RBG. I have made 3 or 4 purchases and they were sent international fedex to Aust. Product was always as described and good quality and shipping was very fast and reliable usually 3-4 days. In short very quick and efficient service.

I just received my first order from them. They are among the lowest around and have good specials. I'll probably be getting a driver from them eventually. I ordered Sunday and the clubs arrived the following Thursday, though I'm sure FedEx was busier than usual during Mothers Day week.

That is no longer the retailer's problem. In fact, unless you receive the item damaged, I think you are required to go directly to the manufacturer.

I've bought from Rock Bottom golf a few times and have no complaints. Great prices, quick shipping. No worries...
