Golf Williamsburg - Golf Vacation

I am hoping for some help. My wife and myself along with the rest of my family are planning a golf vacation and have decided to head to Williamsburg Virginia. We have plans to going June of 2008. There are going to be 4 golfers (myself, my father, my brother and my uncle) there are also going to be three non-golfers (my wife, my sister-in-law and my mother). We want to stay for a week but are only going to play 4 courses. My questions are varied and I hope someone can suggest some things...............

1) What site or service should I use to book this trip?
2) What non-golf activities would you suggest?
3) We want to play three affordable courses and one that is the "best of the best", what courses should we play?
4) We want to rent a condo that has atleast 3 bedrooms and is somewhat close to the courses and attractions, any suggestions?
5) I know this trip is going to cost a couple bucks but we are all interested in saving a couple bucks if at all possible. Any cost saving advice to pass along?

Non Golf - Check out Jamestown Colony, Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Garderns theme park, or Colonial Downs Horse Racing Track

Golf - best of best would probably be The Golden Horeshoe (Gold Course) or Kingsmill.
I personally like Royal New Kent (links style very challenging)
I hear Stonehouse, Kiskiak, Brickshire (next to Royal New Kent) are all very nice
