    Taylormade R7 for 2008?
Does anyone know if Taylormade is releasing an R7 for 2008? I called TM and the representative said he "did not think so" and then said "none of our 2008 stuff is out yet".

I ask because I want to buy an R7 superquad. However, if they are releasing a new version for 2008, there should be a price drop on the 2007 superquad very soon. I haven't been able to find any verification online of any 08 r7

Its taylormade, of course they will be releasing a new version. It will come in draw, fade, neutral, high, low, horny, and sandy vagina models.

Just remember Taylormade only releases new clubs on months that end with Y, H, L, E, T, and R.

You would think that the Taylormade rep would be up on that stuff. If he doesnt think so than I would say that they wouldnt be releasing anything. Give them a call in a while and they might be able to give you a better picture of whats going on. Or contact a local golf shop and see if they know anything (which isn't likely)

I don't know about 08, but this expected to ship at the end of the month.

    3 weights.

Expect a 3 wood and iron to compliment this thing.

That thing looks like the Titleist D1, doesn't it? That thing would be pretty cool in the TP version with a decent shaft.

It must be a tough job working for the TM marketing department. Several times a year you'd have to think up a new reason to explain why the latest sub-variant of the last perfect club is even "more perfecter"......

That new TM looks pretty awesome. I agree that a nice shaft in a tp model would make a half-decent setup.

A lot of people like the Titleist 907 D1, so it is probably an acquired taste for some, love at first sight for others, and a source of perpetual displeasure for others. It's a somewhat free country, and we can all vote with our pocketbooks......

This is NOT the iron they will be releasing. This is an old model. I will try to dig up the photo of the iron, wood, and driver together.
