    TaylorMade r5 Dual vs. TaylorMade r7 460
Does anyone know how different the r7 460 will be from the r5 Dual beside the price tag and moveable weight technology? Is the r7 460 going to be that much better? I am in the market and can get an r5 Daul with the Aldila NV 65 for $250 and the r7 460 with the ReAx Shaft for $399. Please help if you know anything. Thanks!

If the set-up for the R7 460 is the same as the original R7, then the biggest difference you`ll notice right away is the closure of the face. The R5 is set up about 2 or 3 degrees closed, fighting off push, or exagerating pull, depending on your typical ball flight. The R7 is pretty square...whether the same holds true for the new one or not would be the determining factor were I deciding between the two. I like the R7 but am not fond of the R5.

There is an article on the comparison of these R5 TP and the R7 460 drivers on TM's web page / blog. It also references the R5 Type N and D.
