I'd recommend;
Right eye: - 0.75 - 1.50 axis 95
Left eye; -1.00 - 1.25 axis 80

That works for me. It should work for EVERYBODY........

So those are the optical equivalent of Mizuno blades huh? Do they have xxx stiff rims?

If you can't see out of them clearly immediately that's no reason to rush to the optometrist and get new SGI glasses. Just persevere with straining your eyes through these ones.

SGI glasses just mask your vision flaws. The feedback you get from old spectacles, like walking into walls, traffic etc., in the long run, makes you a better see-er.
