    Aldila Nvs or Grafalloy Prolaunch?
    I Just got the hea dfor my driver which is an 8.5 degree adams redlime rpm dual. and i have the option to either get a aldila NVS 65 x stiff or a grafalloy pro launch, i'm kinda leanin toward the aldila cuz i have the 65 x in my 3 wood.
    which shaft should i get?

    You need to get which one you play best with :)

    The NVS shaft has a low kick point to help get the ball airborne. The 65 even in the XS has a torque of 3.6 which is pretty twisty if you have high club head speed. The NVS 75 is at 3.2 and the NVS 85 is at 2.8

    Move to the NV 65 and you have a higher kick point (lower ball flight) and the torque goes down to 3.5 the NV 75 down to 2.8 and the NV 85 down to 2.6.

    All the tip torques stay the same regardless of flex.

    The NV is a players shaft while the NVS is more of the weekend player (for lack of better words). Aldila doesn't recommend a XS unless your driver head speed is over 110 mph and you carry the ball over 265.

    From what I learned today it looks like the Pro Launch is more like the NVS shaft (higher ball flight).
