New Stick
Just got fitted for a Titleist 907D2, pretty sexy club if you ask me. Its 9.5* with the Proforce V2 75 gram in s-flex. I also have a friend who happens to be a tour pro who let me hit the 907D4. Let me say, its kinda difficult to hit well, but when you do, it flies, deep. It may have been the fact it had an x-flex shaft and the head is a little smaller, like 425 ccs. But very nice.

I could say the same about CP's mom.
Be glad we aren't getting all of the government we're paying for.

>$1000 for a club is the most retarded thing I've seen all week, and I've been on GR for the last few days.

its not... its a tour only club... hence the price tag (well that and the rarity)...

I will bet $1000 to any and all takers that the D4 will be on the market in time for Christmas. Titleist is building momentum for this special "tour only" club, and the lemmings will be all over this club like it's Scotty Cameron's cock sack.

there developing the 909 series as we speak... they have already said that the D4 will not come to retail... and what i meant by "tour only" is that you have to be on tour or a PGA professional to get one... totally different than the TP series from TM...

If D4's are selling for >$1000 on Ebay, why wouldn't Titleist cash in? I stand by my original statement. Late October, early November at the latest, the mystical D4 will be selling for $399 at Dicks.

I agree. It would have been good business for Titleist to create demand for the D4 in this way. If it was unintentional, it would be bad business for them to not now capitalize and make the D4 available, even if for a limited time, before release of the 909. How can they not have learned to take a page from the bus. model used by HB's favorite putter company, Scotty Cameron, their own subsidiary, which uses the limited production method very effectively.
But seriously, B, you have to stop hoing Camerons. You can only use one putter at a time.

you guys who want em, have you ever hit them? they are nice, i strike the ball well, and i found it difficult to hit consistently.

Are you for real????? No club is that much better than anything else out there to justify paying that much. And whoever paid 1600 needs to be sceduled in the nearest mental facility.
