    Which wrist wraps for the golf course?

    I would appreciate any suggestions on which wrist wraps you use to hold onto your golf club, when you swing.

    Also, what brand of weight belt would one recommend on the course?

    Shouldn't you just PM SBD1 for this one? He's the only guy on here that seems to know anything about such lame arse gym equipment. I'd bet he's the kind of guy who goes home after a workout and has a bubble bath, and then uses moisturiser.

    Before I answer, do they make wrist wraps that hold the sphincter open, making speech possible for some?

    I simply duct tape the #2 gripper to each wrist, so I can continue to strengthen my grip while I am walking between shots.......

    NAH, don't get me involved with this!

    Besides, I'm busy right now. I'm trying to figure out what to do with this big black rubber thing that they gave me when I bought my new hybrid!
