    who knew this?

I was googling golfers to pass the time while wife puts on makeup.. LONG time to pass.. and googled andrew magee...

did anyone know he did this?

Magee is the only golfer in PGA Tour history to hit a hole-in-one on a par 4 hole during a PGA Tour event. He did this with a driver at the 332-yard 17th hole of the 2001 Phoenix Open. The ball caromed off Tom Byrum's putter on its way to the bottom of the cup. Byrum, in the group ahead, was squatting down looking over a putt.

it's on wikipedia so who knows, but that's amazing eh?

Since I missed out on the poll...
Yes, I would bang Stephanie Sparks.

I'm keeping the poll myself, since I think it's important. Thank you for voting.

For those of us who were civic minded enough to vote in the original poll, I'm quite disappointed you didn't send me a little lapel sticker to indicate that I had participated in the revered democratic process.....

Maybe a more appropriate poll would be, "Who Hasn't Banged Stephanie Sparks?"

If any of you sports lovers have ever seen Holly Rowe reporting on the sidelines, I can tell you without a doubt you would have to post a poll that way with her. She's portly and not very good looking but she is notorious for joining in on some of the local fun wherever she goes.

The name Rowe is kind of a giveaway. Probably not even her real name.

The lapel pins are being made as we speak. They're being forged in Japan by the very same Japanese craftsmen that lost their jobs when Mizuno moved their manufacturing to China.

Since the "write-in" votes are still coming in I hope I ordered enough pins. I'd hate to have to place a rush order with Callaway for some POS cast game improvement pins.

    A 332 yard par 4?

What sort of par 4 is it when 99% of GR posters can reach it with one of their 'average' drives.

I'm in the other 1% BTW.

I'd come up 2 yards short and have to chip on.
I chose the road less traveled.

Now where the f#ck am I?

Don't f'n get me started on Eastlink.

They must only hire morons. That cold snap we just had? My internet was out the entire time it was below -10C. From -5C to -10C it was intermittent at best. They still haven't "fixed" anything. Soon as the temperature gets below about -7C it will act up again. So don't expect to see me posting during any cold snaps.

The problem is obviously a broken cable, which when it contracts in the cold temperatures is basically severing our internet connection. Trying to get them to do something about it is like asking a wall to talk. They show up when it's warm and tell us there's no problem... well of course not you fuktards! It happens only when it gets cold.

If I had an equivalent alternative I would be done with Eastlink yesterday.

    ROFL.

It took them 2 tries to replace my modem.

It's not one of MY cables though - it's their cable out on the poles. My buddy who lives over 3km away whose internet is on a different node is having the same problem, as are 42 other subscribers in the community. It's a local thing somewhere out on the main line. Maybe a bad splice, broken cable, a combination of the two is most likely.

We could offer them a winning 6/49 ticket and I still doubt they'd show up to fix it.

I guess that's my problem. Wrong currency. Money talks, but I just wasn't speaking their "as seen on TV" language.

Solid advice. I sense imminent progress now.

Canadian tire smalls funny and has ugly floors. Plus I hate those commercials with that guy that just happens to have the right damn gadget to save his family from a disaster.

I'd run him over in a heart beat.

But I probably don't have the propper snow tires on my bonnie to inflict maximum pain...which he would tell me as his knees met my grill.

    LMFAO.

You need the Mastercraft laser pedestrian aiming assist with WAAS GPS navigation and a handy dandy quadruple LED keychain lamp to help you find your way on those dark cold Canadian winter nights - only... from Canadian Tire.
