too quick, way too much on the backswing, try to slow down your take away, shorten your back swing and keep it on plane with the ground, but your biggest problem is that you come "over the top" or you swing "outside - in" on your down swing. Your club should be coming from the inside. Try swinging out towards "right field". Or put a tee infront of the ball about foot and to the right, then swing out towards that tee
    hope that helped

    A couple things........
    1. Slow down. Your backswing is very quick.
    2. Get slightly more bend in knees and don't reach out your hands as much. Hands should be under your chin at address.
    3. Shoulders are very flat at the top of your swing. Shoulders should rotate perpendicular to spine angle. Left should should work down and under your chin on backswing. Right should should do the same on downswing.
    4. Keep your spine tilted forward throughout your swing. You appear to be coming out of the shot early and a little over the top (casting). I'm sure you tend to fade/slice the ball. Drop the hands a little more to the right hip pocket rather than casting it.

    Good luck.

Thank you. I will try to slow down my back swing. I guess I have to pursue a heavier shaft (in future.. not much money left for an equipment change). The current shaft is 65 grams.

The ball usually swirls a bit to the right at the end of its flight.. with this driver.

If you hit your drives consistently a certain way everytime, then don't change a thing. If you are inconsistent, try doing what has been advised.

Oh.. shoot. My drives are pretty consistent. I guess it is better to stay that way.

yep, you pull it back like you're trying to HIT a ball backwards from a standing start.

The takeaway is a gentle, controlled set-up for the downswing.. it's like winding up a spring.. you seem to think the harder you take it back, the harder you'll hit it.. the two have no connection at all.

Also, the easier you take it back, the more you'll be able to stay 'over the ball', in the contact position, so on your down swing you'll hit more balls in the center of the club.
