Whats the best Golf Mat?

I am somewhat of a golfing novice, and i am looking to purchase a golf mat to practice at home, i was wondering if anyone could recommend any good ones.

No golf mat is a good golf mat, or golf matt equals arthritis, lies about your ball striking, and changes the lie angle of your clubs over time. even can cause wrist injury.................But I think Vijay Singh endorses a golf matt that has a pretty interesting concept behind it.
