    Does cat stew go well with other civilised Italian delicasies like pigeon pie? No wonder there are so many Italian restaurants in New York, fresh ingredients are right on their doorstep, and rooftop.

    I've never mixed pigeon and cat so I'm not qualified to say. But only the finer italian restaurants in NY serve exotic meats. Why is cattle inherently superior? It's impossible to improve upon good veal.
