I had a tiny ass until I started carrying 2 sheets of 1/2" drywall at a time.

Picking that sh!t up without throwing your back out requires serious ass muscleage.

    Leg muscleage too.

And those aren't brown slippers Spanky my friend.

They are FJ Classics. The Premiere Dry kind.

My clubfitter is an average looking white guy with a smoking hot black wife. This woman is gorgeous and dripping with sexuality. That guy's under constant stress.

Trust me, it's from constant worry about the integrity of the epoxy bond (which, if he is mixing it correctly and with the right additives, is also black).

All clubmakers who know their craft also know how to take care of their women. She is dripping sexuality because she is trying to keep him interested, not jealous. She knows that he can have any woman he chooses to have.

This explains many things. I'm learning so much tonight my head feels stretched and swollen. I like my clubfitter and all, but if he should have a tragic shop accident, become impaled and bleed to death, I'm going to the funeral and will do whatever I can to get her number.

Its possible to pull this look off, but only if the socks are only coming out of the top of the shoe like a millimeter. In fact, wearing ankle socks that tall is a bit of a fashion faux pas no matter what color combination you use...and saying faux pas is a biatch move, but it applies.

Sorry big fella, but I gotta go with SJ and TP on this one. The swing is worthy of GR standards but you need to get with the program fashion wise. Brown shoes are sailing seriously close to the wind at the the best of times, and may cut muster with a good pair of long slacks, but with shorts and high white ankle socks just won't do.

This isn't helping. You were getting off pretty easy when we thought they were just brown, but white socks and Saddle Shoes...ouch. Though I do think if you must go saddle, brown on black looks better than white on brown (or black).

But poor fashion is a far more serious crime than a poor swing. On GR it's style over substance.

This one may knock both Jeff and Shuz temporarily off the front page.

Knew I'd seen this before, nearly a year ago when Alan & Larry were just setting out on their GR Odyssey. Mind you they've been at it over 5 years on other forums. Maybe GR was the final frontier ...

I think I speak for the entire group when I say that wearing dark colored jeans with saddle shoes is an obvious fashion faux pas. Get with the program, Alan. Saddle shoes are only acceptable when paired with faded denim. If you really want to class it up, throw on a cheap arse windbreaker from a grocery store give away.

It's some indecipherable Canadian gibberish, I'm clueless. But if I had to hazard a guess I'd say it would be some sort of retort to something Larry posted.

To me it sounds like (in drawling Canadian accent) "That was for you Larry."
I chose the road less traveled.

Now where the f#ck am I?

That's as fair a guess as any. It would have to have Larry in there somewhere.

with, all things considered, a dammn good looking golf swing. Nobody this tall should swing so short, but it has a nice rhythm and balance to it...

    Where's your swing vid buddy?

Sh!t, you have a handicap of 2.1......you must have a swing like a real playah!

    Oh wait............

Nobody bothered to tell you did they?

The golfer you created on TW03 for your PS2 doesn't count.

Hey look! The simulator is open. Why don't you tape up a driver you can't afford to buy and go pretend you're at a real golf course again. I won't tell your boss.

Ohhhhh good one.......................Swing videos or a video of ones swing is for Head Cases. I prefer feel and ball trajectory for my tools of consistency and or a Mirror , if I feel I'm slipping on some fundamentals. And yes Back in 06-07 I was a top 10 ranked player in the TW on line gaming world for PS2.

As for my handicap of 2.1........ That only changes depending on the amount of money Im playing for or the type of of opponent Im playing against. If I enter a tourney its just 2 without the 1.

    OMG......

    Absolutely priceless.

This forum is the only Lime Light your 40 yr old azz will ever see. In any other aspect of life your just a Pee On with a broke azz swing that is a 2week layoff away from being the course turfs worst nightmare since Charles Barkley took up the game of golf. You look like a real D bag in that self absorbed swing video of yours. I figured you were a Lefty when you first responded to my posts. Leftys are always self absorbed tools that need a good Chin Check every once in a while................And I really dont think you can ignore me for too long due to the Fact that I own your azz. And your internet ego wont let a slick azzhole like me insult you with ease.

    PS,

Jeff has just put into words what everyone else on GR thinks of you. You are as phony as a 3 dollar bill. Nobody on this forum believes a word you say about anything, especially anything golf related.

The point is not to use a swing video to study/improve our golf swings, prostate us.. :-) It's to compare our swings with the other guys' swings so we can mock each other.

The question remains, 'where's your swing vid?'

    Zo.......?

we're all head cases or we wouldn't waste any of our precious time on this earth typing on GR.... :-)

Mature and cogent adults understand that Dave.

P(o)S will never upload a swing vid. Ever.

He (or she) most likely can't swing a golf club to save his (or her) life.

He (or she) is a pre-pubescent little troll who thrives on the easy attention that is garnerned through the anonymity of the innerweb. All smack, no substance.

    End of story.

Interacting with people like P(o)S is a waste of time and only serves to encourage him (or her). People like P(o)S thrive on having attention beng paid to them and the sooner you ignore them, the sooner they get bored and go away.

I agree that if you brag about your game, you need to post a vid to back it up. In my case, you can assume I'm a complete hack that's never broken 100. Sorry you feel so naked and ugly, Dave.

btw it ain't the freakin' quicktime vid that makes this sideways, its the fact that you SHOT it sideways. Television has a standard format, and it's wider than it is tall. When you turn your camera to make the picture taller than it is wide (just because it's a better fit for a guy swinging a golf club), you've turned it sideways. If you want it to display that way, you have to alter the vid in an editing program and re-finalize it.

    WTF?????

    You think I'm stupid?

    4:3, 16:9

Standard aspect ratios and all that stuff??

LOL. I'm just screwing with ya.

I know it's because it was shot sideways.

My dealio with QT is that vid shot in .mov format is a pain in the ass. You can't do a damn thing with it unless you convert it to a .avi first and then you have to edit it to rotate it or do what you want. I'm not into it enough to screw with it to that degree. I'm a lazy bastard who doesn't give enough of a crap. Simple as that.

We can see from the vid that this trait transfers to dressing yourself for the golf course too.

    Fair enough.

My range rat appearance leaves something to be desired, what with my lily white chicken legs showing above my even lillier (is that a word??) white sissy socks.

    However......

If we ever meet to play an a golf course, I will wear long pants and a collared shirt and will be the fashion envy of all. Not to mention that I will be desired by the hot beer cart chick with the big tata's. In other words, I will wear the proper golfing attire as would be expected of a clubmaker of international renown such as myself in my wildest dreams. I will also wear my pimp kicks and white ankle socks. But since I will be wearing proper length trousers, you will not know this.

I will be laughing and I will look good....all at the same time.

Fair enough. I would be happy to play with a guy who has the hot beer cart chick with the big tah tahs coming round regularly. Personally, I don't care who she's hanging around for, as long as she's hanging around.

Certainly do. If in America, try to tack Jeff down for a game, but pretend not to know him at the range and hope he doesn't recogonise you and come over.

    bring it. glad to help.

warning, though.. I've lately been inspired by the purple 12 incher so often mentioned here, and it might accidentally wind up appearing on the next video I produce.

like, in your hand, replacing a nine iron. Obi Won with a light saber. :-)

it's a challenge to my animation skills. Send me a vid of you and I'll give it a try.

I thoguht I'd bump this classic thread for the newer members who weren't around when this was going. It makes me miss Jeff H. His ownage of PS in this thread is as complete and utter as any I've seen on this forum. And nobody asked to be owned quite as much as PS.

It also had a couple of appearances from the legendary Saddlejeans and a clip of a very (bad) 80s looking Alan G Baker..
