inside approach trainer
I've picked up the "inside approach" trainer cheap on the net. (20 pounds sterling) I was wondering what anyone thinks of it , any advice /thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I think it does what it says it does. It makes you come from the inside. But, unless that's your only problem it'll only fix one small thing in your swing. There is no single "cure" for a golf swing...the closest thing would be a series of lessons. But, I do think it is one of the better gimmicks out there. I have tried it numerous times (a friend made one) and it really makes you come from the inside. It is helpful, but like I said, don't expect your game to improve drastically. Coming from the inside has nothing to do with tempo, shifting your weight, etc. etc. etc. so there is a good probability you will still have problems even after you use it.
