"The suit says Carlock's refusal to allow the teen to make up the lab violated California Education Code Section 88205."

What do I have to do with it? I didn't write Section 88205.

Just the whole idea that because he didn't like his grade he wants to piss and moan about how unjust it is. Liberalism hard at work.

No, actually just a violation of Section 88205 from all appearances.

Like most California statutes, this one's available on the web, and since by its terms it only addresses the subject of available work holidays for college faculty, I don't know how you conluded that it "appears" to have been violated in the context of high school grading. Laziness affects "journalists" as well as SGI players, and this one obviously got her facts wrong as to the law in question.

There's obviously something going on behind the scenes here. Either the teacher is angry because the student was a lousy lay, or there are too many asians in this kid's class ruining the curve for a mere caucasian. Either way, it's true that liberalism is at least indirectly at fault.

And if you really want to see Liberalism run amok, check out this story:

The Road Map for His Future Behaviour is now crystal clear. He will win the suit and garner some tens of thousands of dollars tax-free. He will then acquire firearms and ammo--probably through a bribed straw party-- and then pick his spot to go back to the school during some public event like an assembly, class play, senior prom, athletic event etc. and shoot up the place in a combination Aurora/Coumbine manner. Then forever after any time he is mentioned in The Media it will be with all three of his names like Lee Harvery Oswald, Sirhan Bishara Sirhan, Janes Earl Ray, John Wayne Gacy ad nauseum.
Mostly Taylormade clubs now except for two Ping I25 hybrids, Mizuno 54 & Callaway 56 wedges.
