Rank the Golf magazines...please!

As a new returner to golf, was wanting to subscribe to one or more mags...which are the best? if you could only get one which one would it be?

I am aware of the existance of Golf, Golfworld, Golf Weekly and Golf Digest. What else is out there?

probably Golf Digest

My course gets all of them, and I look at all of them. Most of them are nearly the same

I get Golf Magazine and Golf Digest, both are good, both are very similar. Check out the cheap subscriptions on eBay, a few bucks for a few years.

golf digest has more tips than golf magazine. but magazine has better articles if thats what your going for.

in general, the tips in any golf magazine will not help you, except if they are written by dave pelz. golf magazine features dave pelz articles and a daivd ferhety article that is always funny and interesting.

As everyone here says, Most mags are very similar. I actually prefer picking up from the stands.This way I can choose the what is the most intersting in a particular month. Its costlier though.

Basically what it boils down to is that there is not much diff.

Good choice on the subscription. I like Golf Digest. IMO they have better equipment reviews and the hotlist. They have more instruction articles including the tips inserts and breaking 100-90-80-70 articles.

Golf magazine has the club test and better articles.
