Rainin' in my heart...
The next time I'm back in Scotland and a tartan-clad American says "gee, buddy, the weather in your country sure does stink", they're getting a smack in the mouth.
What's going on? Is this an exceptionally bad year or are the tournaments scheduled for the rainy-as-hell season?

I'll tell you why it's raining at every tournament
The Golf gods are angry because Vijay Effing Singh is Numero effing Uno.
They want Tiger back in the # 1.
Then they will stop the rain.

It was a huge right to left putt, He started it about 12 foot right and it missed the hole by about an inch or two and just kept gaining speed and kerplunk. Splish Splash Tigers takin a bath.
It wasn't a bad putt at all just a tad firm....
He also he the bottom of the cup with a wedge, It bounces out of the hole and rolls into the bunker. He threw his club and I noticed he had some Balding action goin on.
Just bad karma

I guess you didn't hear about his drive of about 60 yards with his driver neither.
Actually that wedge shot didn't go in the hole. It bounced once and tag the flag stick then rolled into the bunker.

Yep kirksey, Tiger is definitely on his game. He's duffing drivers then scrambling. He's hitting 3 woods about 20 yards off the tee these days. He's blocking and hooking off the tee at will. Point taken. I'm calling my bookie right now.
Please, just call me Schemp...

KA:
To your original point...yes we are having rain round the country so far this year. Normally dry(er) climates like Southern California are receiving tremendous amounts of rain.
Of course it is common to get a good bit in the Southeast so seeing raindrops in Jacksonville and Augusta is fairly normal, although the rain in this part of the country usually comes and moves through quickly. It is uncommon for it to rain several days at a time.
So -we're a bit soggy - tis true...
(Thank God my course is on the side of a mountain/hill...best draining course in our city...I am playing on Sunday morning and it should be in decent shape by then...except the aerated greens.)

KA. Just smack em anyway on principle. If they complain, call it jihad.
