    Working out 'golf muscles'...

    On a recent poll here I noticed that a LOT of the people voted that they worked out 'golf muscles' specifically. I need to know some specific exercises or stretches and which muscles to work on exactly.

    I don't gym but I play squash daily for over an hour. (something like racquetball)

    I was just looking for something on the net...haven't found much but here

    Check out thegolfchannel.com and golfdigest.com

    I have found great stretching and over-all conditioning info.

    Squash is a fast paced game and should make you well conditioned.
