Looks interesting, I was trying the Mp 30's and the 32's the reason I chose the 32's is because the 30s are heavier and was the same price as the 32's. The 32 had more feed back and slightly lower trajectory.
I would be interested to see how this new irons play.
Very nice. I wish they were around when I bought my mp-32 irons. It was a close call between the mp-30 and mp-32, and ultimately I chose based on the coolness factor.
I've heard through the grapevine that these will be a "combo" set, ala the Hogan FTX, etc. - where the long irons have a more enhanced cavity and the clubs gradually progress toward a "true blade" configuration as they move toward PW...
Initial reports say sometime in August. Gotta say they look great, but I'll at least attempt to avoid the temptation to try them---Just don't think I can improve on my Hogan FTX's...then again, I'm a pure club ho, so who knows....lol
I didn't sign the club ho thread so I may be able to hit these with the potential of switching to them if all goes well. I have to hit the new Clevelands too (CG2's).
Well, I'm enough of a 'ho that I'll just buy them when available - forget about trying them first (my blood runs Mizuno); I'll just eBay them away if I can't hit'em, but they are so damn beautiful I'll be crying if that is the case...I suspect this will make it 3 years in a row for Mizuno for the "Best Irons" in the Golf Magazine ClubTest (MX-23's, then MP-32's, now these).
That is about the best looking design that I've seen as far as not being a true blade. Bet it sets up just like a blade. Too bad I'm inlove with all my blades>LOL
Every set should come with a 2 iron! To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
It looks like a enlarged version of mp-32 to mx-23's size. Just got a MX-23 4 iron, D!
Agree with whackfore, the mp-32 gives much more feedback than typical blade, including Nike blade I am playing. Or should I say feel little thin at impact, but easier to work the ball though
