Whats the best method to clean clubs???

Hey sorry for the rookie question but...

Whats the best way to scub and polish away those war scars?

I've heard dishwashing liquid and some water works the best.

    Anyone know any better techniques?

Oh that's just a lot of extra work. Put your clubs in the trunk of your car and go down to the car wash. Halfway through, hit the trunk open button and let those automatic scrubbing bristles clean your clubs for you. I don't opt for the extra cost wax though, it's a rip off and makes the grips slippery.

In other words, yes, a mild detergent with the application of a stiff bristle brush will do just fine. Clean the grips as well, rinse thouroghly.

A soft bristle brush and simple lukewarm water is all I use.
    Seldom right, never in doubt......

All I use is a bottle of rubbing alcohol and a rag. Is that bad? Is that why my scores are so high?

No. Your scores are so high because you use old fashioned wood tees instead of the Brush Tee!!!

a towel, half wet, the other half dry, and a little elbow grease, i dont use soap, or alchohol, or brushes, a wet towel works just fine.

I take the whole bag and drop it in the swimming pool for a few minutes, then pull it out and dry it with a leaf blower. Quick and easy.

I use this one on the course. I like to give a quick clean after every shot. At the end of the round I go home with clean clubs. (The bag boy still wipes them down and I still tip him)
