I used a BB 454 with the stock RCH regular shaft. I loved the club. It's very easy to hit and is extremely long. It has a great look to it and is just very good all around. The only con I have is that it has a very loud wood sound whenever im at the driving range. I don't know if it's the echo or something, but I cant stand it. It's still be in the bag, but I can do no wrong with my R7.

I thought you traded it in.

No, not yet. I'm trading in the BB when we go back.

Great combination. I've had my BB454 since early June and will keep the RCH Firm flex shaft. I had demo'd the club with both the regular and firm flexes for several rounds, then settled on the firm because it seemed more consistent. My swingspeed is around 95 MPH which put me on the cusp using Callaway's recommendations but my distance seemed the same with either and feel was very similar. Perhaps the Firm has less torsional resistance (torque) which may explain the apparent improvement in consistency. Regardless, this driver and shaft surpassed other drivers I had tried, and the appearance at address is exceptional.

I've hit this club with an Aldila NVS 65, and the combo was stellar for me.
    Nice consistent mid-trajectory bombs.

Of course, depending on your swing speed/style/mechanics, your mileage may vary.
