Ahhh, the wonderful world of SPAM.

This appears to be the only valid point on the site. Do you find this to be of value?

Having said that, we both believe that Woods workout is definitely trained with weights. In fact, looking at his physique, he has gotten bigger, most likely he has progressed with more weight per exercise.

Although it does say they think he does a Bench Press and that Golfers are like Bowlers

Maybe we should all go over and spam that site.

I'm just gonna throw this out here, but...
This "article" is the most retarded thing I've ever skimmed through. It appears to be written by a 6 year old and doesn't provide any insight as to Tiger's actual workout. Username, if this is your idea of interesting, you need to climb out of your cave and get some fresh air. The only one who might find this interesting is a special ed teacher specializing in remedial reading and comprehension.
