club fitting in North Dallas Area

I was wondering if any of our fellow Dallas members can share their experience on Club fitting in the Dallas area. I play a stock shaft/grip in my Driver(TM) and 3 wood(Adams). I am looking to evaluate if these shafts are adequate for my swing or if changing the shaft would improve any. I saw a segment related to this on GC and they did it in GolfSmith. My question is to see if the club fitters are really patient enough to recommend and reshaft them if the feel isnt right and have knowledge on the plethora of shafts available these days.. Also wondering about the labor charges for something like this. Please feel free to recommend anyone you have dealt and are happy with. Possible places I am considering are

Golf Galaxy
GolfSmith
golf etc
2nd swing

I want to get a feel for the process from your experiences before calling around.

There is a place in Carrolton on Frankford just east of Indain Creek Golf Course. It's also right next to Lou's Golf. I don't now the name of the place but if you can find Lou's your there, All they do is fitting and customizing clubs. It most be good because there are always busy. I'm pretty sure it's Frankford and Old Denton just east of 35E.
