Best Aftermarket shaft to replace OEM shaft
I am looking to replace the shaft in my Callaway Great Big Bertha II driver. Here is a link to it's specs: http://www.callawaygolfpreowned.com/drivers-gbb2.html
I currently have the stock graphite shaft. It is the GBB System 60 in Regular Flex. To be honest, it feels OK but I have heard the GBB's are callaway stock and are crappy because of their torque?
Anyway, I don't know my swing speed or any of that but I am just looking for something aftermarket that is better than stock and that will be better than the GBB shaft.
Is there any brand and model number you all would recommend? I am thinking of going to Golfsmith this weekend and just upgrading.
Thanks in advance.

If you don't know your swing speed or anything then it's a shot in the dark. You could put a $700 shaft in your club that would be "better" but you may hit the club 100 times worse. Go find someone who puts shafts in (probably a local PGA Teaching Pro) and have them fit you. Otherwise it's a crapshoot and probably waste of money.

I reshafted this club with a Graphite Design YS-6 a few years back. It played much stiffer than my RCH Cally shaft (which is what I was looking for) and my tee shots went straighter overall.
I can't say whether or not this will be good for you, but make sure you get the shaft either PURED or spline aligned. Any decent club-maker can spline align.
