    KZG U 22* wood hybrid

KZG U 22* wood hybird with True Temper Lite XL Reg. shaft, same 39" length as my 20* 3-iron.
now that ive played several rounds and compared wth my 3-iron, with steel shaft Regular flex, I am very fond my KZG U.

Just like others here have told me: hybrid is considerably easier than a 3-iron. What's odd is that with only 1* difference in loft with similar (but not same) steel shaft, the average distances is 15 to 20 yards longer...is that because of the hybrid's hugely wide sole and other design elements that makes good contact easier?

The center of gravity difference makes it easier to get into the air, and it probably gets more spin so it flies higher and farther. With the higher MOI and more backspin it should also fly straighter and stop quicker on the greens.

(Imagine how much farther it would go if it was a full 2 degrees different in loft.......lol)

I love it, another KZG fan. I have 2 KZG hybrids in my bag, gotta love 'em.

I'm also liking my KZG RBT FW...250+ yard drives and then, off FWs, 240 yards rewarded from a good contact. My 43" RBT 3-wood head is bigger (and way more reliable) then my 43" Titleiet PT 10.5* MS-209 driver. Looking forward to having a KZG Gemini 460 driver to complete my bag.

Eventually, I'll buy a KZG U 18* (with steel, of course) to compare with my on and off Titleist 975F 20.5* R300 5-wood.
