I have no facts to show you, but several years ago I had a Callaway driver sent back to the factory to be re-shafted with a Graffaloy Pro-Lite, a seemingly good shaft. The 2nd round I played with it, the shaft snapped right below the grip. So I assumed they were not using the same high quality shafts that we can buy from component companies and re-shaft ourselves, which is what I did, and had no more trouble with the club.
