    Rifle Spinner Shafts

Anyone have any experience with these in their wedges? I made the poor mistake of going to Royal Precision's website and looking at these and noticed how they apparently enhance spin on your wedge shots and was just curious for the real characteristics on these shafts.

    Thanks in advance

They are somewhat more tip soft than the Dynamic Golds, the other most commonly used wedge shaft. That gives them a softer feel, and perhaps a bit more spin. I had some several years ago. I had the impression that they felt great for touch shots around the green, but for me they seemed to lack maximum control on 3/4 and full shots. A great shaft for wedges I'm currently using is the True Temper Black Gold. It has a bit softer tip than the Dynamic Golds, and is more of a mid-high kickpoint instead of a high kickpoint, so it still has great control with more feel than the DG's.
    Seldom right, never in doubt......
