Any purchases on the radar this winter?

I'm all set equipment wise, but I may be looking into some cold-weather gear. We got our first accumulated snowfall this morning and the 10 day forecast isn't looking great. I may be done with golf until March.
What are you guys thinking of buying? And yes, this is in the Non-golf Forum.

Looking at some new rain gear. Really like my Zero Restriction wind breaker. Might get their convertible jacket.
Looking at buying an office building for my business.
Might replace my S4 with an S5. Other than that I'm set.

I think I want a new set of Mizunos - probably becoming influenced too much by Omen. I love my 60-s but your 32-s are sweet and have lower trajectory. There's a demo day Friday at my course I get to try all of them. I'm bringing my Visa. Problem is the forecast is for 1-3 inches of rain.
