Medicus Golf
Hi Everyone,
I am doing a college project on Medicus Golf.
Could anyone give me the history of Medicus Golf. i.e. Where & When it was founded? (I've been told Brunswick). I believe Bob Koch founded Medicus.
Any answers to the above and more info would be very much appreciated.

How about doing a class project on this . . . . . . . .
Mizuno irons -- made by Hattori Hanzo, forged in the fires of Mt. Fujiyama.

The invention was actually founded by accident. A couple of Irishmen were finishing off their 6th of 7th pints when one of them had the crazy idea to go play 9 holes at Ballybunnion golf club. Well, they went. After the 5th hole one of them landed in a pot bunker and subsequently took 5 shots to get out. The other fellow started laughing hysterically because on the 5th shot out of the bunker the first guy had broken the shaft of his sand wedge. They had been drinking on the course as well and the first guy got extremely angry and tried to hit his laughing friend by swinging his sand wedge at his noggin. Of course, this failed because the sand wedge's shaft was partially broken and his backswing, coupled with the headweight of the sand wedge, caused the shaft to bend and fold prematurely. Upon the attack, his playing partner turned to run but caught his foot on a flimamajig and fell to his knees. Just then the attacker had a thought.."if I take the club back slowly and in one piece it won't cause the shaft to bend. Further, if I turn my hips first and start back slowly it probably won't bend either. Needless to say, he followed his own advice and the club effortlessly found the target of his former beer drinking friend's head. This one event spawned the idea for an invention that we now see on TV. That's the story I heard.
