I signed up to WRX two days ago (under a pseudonym as I didn't want my reputation here to proceed me) and got banned after my second post. My first post was on a thread about Sergio being second in the world rankings (no prizes for guessing my post wasn't exactly supportive of the snivelling spaniard, but by GR standards it was actually quite tame).

I got two immediate replies, the first about how Sergio is better at golf than me so I should show respect blah blah. The second post called me a choke artist and said it was the biggest choke post ever (not sure how a post can be a choke??????). Anyway, in true GR style, I quoted the second post and accused him of having a man crush on Sergio and called him a dribbler, but failed to notice he was actually a mod. Next time I checked the thread my second post had been removed and the mod had mentioned some smart remark about me not posting there this millenium, and I had been banned from posting. I also got a PM from the jerk but I refuse to open it.

This sorry story is the reason why all other golf forums suk, and why I soend so much time posting here. Every time I try to spend any time on another forum I get banned. I have now been banned from 3 other forums, and each time it has been for soeaking out against Sergio. IS GR the only forum that has members who see things as they really are?

Sorry to hear that NAH. I, too, considered signing up over there but I'm glad I didn't! I am dying to know what his PM said, though. Can you just send it to me without opening it? Or will that give him the satisfaction of thinking he "owned" you?

If it weren't for Spank this site wouldn't be any fun. Besides we play along for quite awhile. Over there he had to create new aliases by the hour and the backstory would just get problematic. I especially liked his post about Dapsone. I had a couple of Lepers in Afghanistan who could've really benefitted from Dapsone but instead they had to get the TB treatment which is similar.

Besides Spank can't be turned once he started down the GR path forever will it dominate his destiny.
