    Hi

    Some of mine;

    Playing the Old Course
Parring the 18th at Carnoustie (what was that all about Van de Velde)
Barracking Ian Poulter at the Forest of Arden
Having the privlege of watching Seve play golf
    Watching big JD at Wentworth
Seeing Europe retain and win the Ryder Cup at the Belfry in 1985 and 1989

I am sure i have more, just cant think of them at the moment

What is with all these golf-related posts, edgey?
    1. First time I broke 80. Previous 18 hole record was around 85. Birdied the last 2.
    2. I can't think of any others.

First time I beat my brother who at the time was a 6 (now a 4) with 3 birdies in the round including one on the last.

If you read the b!tchmove thread you'd realize how much of a b!tch you are for having your clubs in you signature.

Copyright infringement on mom jokes is a b!tchmove.
Funny how the golf-related threads get derailed so quickly.

Oh yeah, of course the first birdie.
I think I had a couple of lucky/cheating birdies before it, but I'll always remember my first on a par 4.
I actually can't remember my first eagle.

There are so many great Italian Open highlights I'm not sure which I would choose. The braless gelato girl would be in the top 5.

The first time I opened up a "Larry" YouTube link and nearly ruptured a gut laughing so hard at his Tai Chi golf routine.

Everything else golf related just seems so trivial to me now.

And who can forget his other seminal work "Poodles in the Pool" for shear bloody banality.

all of my full swing hole outs... there are only 3

60 from about 90 for par on a par 4
55 from about 110 for eagle on par 5
    and the most memorable...
PW from 140 in the rough on the 1st hole of the club championship for birdie save... shot 69 and was beat by 5????? WTF... kid that was with me shot 64 with an albatross on the 9th... driver - 4i... son of a b!itch... may have been why i played so well... i was to busy watching him to phuck up my own game....of course the round is more memorable because of his albatross but i do remember the birdie i made at the first....

    other memorable moments...
first round of golf with my son kyle
playing golf with HB, Belly, SITS, and Brock (all GR members)
and the time i played Bethpage Black... TOUGH COURSE

hope to one day add Carnoustie, ST. Andrews, and a round with Edgey to my list... as well as some others.

Double Eagle on the 18th hole of the River Club course at Myrtle Beach - Driver / 6 iron. I was playing with the three guys that taught me how to play golf and took most of the skin money that day.

I don't really have any deathbed golfing highlights to speak of yet. Ever since picking up a club my ultimate goals are to get a hole in one, and break par. Haven't got either. Breaing 80 on a championship course was an achievement, but not deathbed highlight material. Seeing JD in the flesh during the Oz Open pro-am last year was a highlight.

Yeah, Lary certainly is one hell-raising party dude.

P.S. I went down a little further and had a peek at his practice swings on the range. I must say I saw a bit of myself in his swing. That is exactly as un-co and unathletic as I look when I try to swing left handed.
