WTF First Sir Elton John now this.

Faldo receives knighthood from Queen Elizabeth II

Didn't getting a knighthood use to mean something. I am really disappointed in my ancestral country. I guess you have to either like p rick or act like a p rick to recieve this honor.

Don't sweat it GHD. Ian Poultroon will be next to be knighted and Edgey and Camp Freddy will be queing up to be among the first to curtsy him.
I chose the road less traveled.

Now where the f#ck am I?

Personally, I think the whole knighthood concept is a big wank invented by a bunch of insecure twats who had to come up with a BS excuse to try to claim they are somehow better than the rest of us. The appointment of Faldo only strengthens my position on this. Does this mean that we will have to put up with the vomit inducing experience of listening to the other guys in the commentary box referring to Faldo as "Sir Nick"? Give me a break.

The "knight" system has definitely lost it's respect since King Arthur left the big house . . . .
