    Yesterday I played with a guy who lives in Oregon. He surprised me by saying that the best month to go to Bandon Dunes is December.

    Yah, only because they give locals big discounts in the off season.

    Average high in December 54, average percep 10.3 in.
    Average high in July 68, average percp 0.39 in.

    Pretty much sums it up for me.

    When it rains, it rain sideways for the most part. Yes you can get some stretches of great weather in the winter if you can go at a moments notice.
