How many different kinds of shafts do you have in your bag?
I have:
Driver - Aldila NV 65 - Graphite
3 Wood - Nike Graphite shaft...don't know the name
5 wood - Ignite shaft by Fujikura - Graphite
Irons - Nike Speedstep - Steel
Wedges - True Temper Dynamic Gold - Steel
Putter - Oddyssey Shaft (not that it matters that much)
So that makes...6 different shafts, 5 that really matter. Looking to get my irons changed to Flighted Rifles, speedstep are a bit too light and the rifles sound interesting.
Driver MAS 2 7*65
Irons some unkown accuplus graphite....
SW some steel shaft....prob wilson
Putter ...spalding stiff....haha i don't get the deal with stiff/reg flex on putters
Fuji 757 R flex in my TM 510 TP (but I'm looking to go driver ho-ing after the PGA show.)
True Temper Crossfires R flex in 3 and 5 woods (AGT Supernova)
Rifle 5.0's in my Hogan hybrids and TS 202's
True Temper Tour Concept R3's in my Scratch 50, 55, 60
I guess a putter has a shaft, too.......
Driver: Fujikura Fit On 11 Sapphire (Tour Issue) "X"
3W: Rifle steel 7.0
Irons: Project X 7.0
Wedges: Rifle Spinner 6.5
Putter: Yes, there is a shaft and it is steel.
Looks like 5 or 6 types is about average for this board. If I put my "A" lineup in the bag (all the clubs that are performing best for me right now), I have 8:
This variety might seem a little over the top, but it works for me. I'm looking for certain flex, launch, and flight conditions in each club, and the shafts above meet the requirements in each case.

Driver- Piece of crap Penley that I can't hit
3 Wood- Graphite Design YS-7
Hybrid- Rifle somethin.... comes with taylormade rescue mid
Irons- True Temper Dynalites
Wedges- True Temper Dynamic Golf
Putter- Scotty Cameron Putter Shaft
You can't hit Penley shafts either? Welcome to the club. I've demo'd different models more than once and they feel kind of UST boardy to me. They must be pretty tip stiff or play stiff to flex.
