Well it looks like this place has FINALLY been upgraded.

Maybe all the old members can come on home and we can welcome in a few newbies. It's spring in the Northern hemisphere. Where are all you keen golfers coming out of hibernation ready for the new season. Surely you need new clubs, swing tips, short game secrets. Where are y'all?
I chose the road less traveled.

Now where the f#ck am I?

This northern guy is still sitting in the basement waiting for the snow to melt. Guessing at least another 3-4 weeks before I can feel that tuning fork in my loins.

Yeah well come to think of it, it's still pretty warm down here (we've had the most awesome summer) so I guess it makes sense that it's still friggin cold up North.

    Maybe in another month then.

Still a few feet of snow outside in the North. I'm hoping we don't get any more storms as the temperatures are starting to stay around freezing. Can't wait to see grass again. Hopefully this place will be dry enough for me to hit balls around the first of May.

I have to "echo" some of the weather sentiments given. It's been a weird year as to weather this 2013. In the Sooner State. From record drought to record rain in April to latest freezes in history.....(so much for global warming). Then hail damaged our near perfect early spring greens. But Mother Nature repairs and after FINALLY a little warmth, the grasses are green; sprouting; and we will not be playing "winter rules" much longer!!!! To all, a great new golf season in 2013!
Remember when in ancient times men beating sticks into the ground was considered witchcraft?

    Now it's just called "golf".
